SSTR is a first-person puzzle game. The player controls an astronaut trapped in a spaceship called Horizon somewhere in the unknown regions of the universe. This spaceship serves as a colony for a large expedition to distant planets. The single-player story campaign begins when the main character awakens from cryosleep and instantly falls into a maelstrom of events caused by anomalous activity within the airship, moving on autopilot for many light years. The antagonist is a crazed artificial intelligence from a colony ship called Sister. The opponents are automatic drones, completely controlled by AI. By collecting all kinds of trash, the player will be able to build turrets that will cope well with enemies.
